Persnickety Box is temporarily pausing printing and fulfillment.
The app will remain available. Your account, photos, and paid box credits will remain in place. You may continue uploading photos, organizing your memories, and filling your boxes while we work to secure the future of Persnickety Box.
No new memberships or recurring payments will be accepted during the pause.
What this pause means for you
Your photos remain safe
The photos currently stored in your Persnickety Box account will remain securely stored and accessible within the app.
Your paid boxes remain yours
Every paid and unused box will remain associated with your account.
The app remains available
You may continue opening the app, uploading photos, organizing your memories, and filling existing paid boxes.
Completed boxes will wait in the queue
You may finish and close a box. It will remain in the fulfillment queue until printing and shipping resume.
Billing is paused
Current subscribers will not be charged during the pause. New customers will not be able to begin a paid subscription until service resumes.
You have options
You may keep your account and credits in place while you wait, cancel your subscription, or contact our team regarding a refund for eligible unfulfilled paid boxes.

Persnickety Prints has served as the fulfillment provider for Persnickety Box and has threatened to stop fulfilling our products.
This issue is connected to ongoing public litigation concerning the sale of Persnickety Prints. Because the matter is active, there are limits on what we can discuss publicly. We have linked the public court filings for customers who would like additional context.
-
We are working toward resuming fulfillment as quickly as responsibly possible, but we are not announcing a firm date yet.
We are evaluating several options, including a new fulfillment relationship and the possibility of creating an independent production facility. We will post meaningful updates on this page and communicate directly with customers by email.

Yes. Because billing is being paused, you will not receive another recurring charge during the interruption.
You may also formally cancel your subscription through the app or by contacting customer support at admin@persnicketybox.com
We recommend leaving your account active. Since billing has already been paused, there is no additional cost to wait. By keeping your account active, you'll preserve your paid box credits, your stored photos, and your progress toward earning future loyalty reward boxes.
